Billing
All taxi charges go to an account, which is billed monthly.
Our invoices collate all charges in one place, and we can group and summarise them by cost centre. Alongside invoicing we can also provide invoice extracts and trip reporting and, if required, even unbilled transaction reports.
Online Reporting
When it comes to reporting on your taxi spend the real question is: what do you want? TaxiCharge has the ability to analyse and report your data as you require. Be it a monthly extract of transactions to upload into your accounting package to comprehensive reporting by cost centre, cardholder or city, we can do it all.
Reports can be automated so they are sent on a regular basis, or they can be provided upon request
Administration
TaxiCharge provides a free online administration website called eTaxi, which allows you to manage your TaxiCharge account.
Within eTaxi you can view statements and transactions or order new products. eTaxi is also the portal used to set up voucher cards.
eTaxi user access levels are controlled by you.
